  We stayed 3 nights at the Sarova Panafric Nairobi 2 nights when we arrived and a 3rd night after our safari at the Sarova Mara Camp The welcome was very warm by Charity at reception she looked after us very well during our stay and nothing was too much trouble as with all the staff. George helped with our bags and everyone was full of smiles .Our room was kindly upgraded and was very clean and comfortable with excellent facilities. We enjoyed relaxing by the beautiful pool and also had drinks at the deck bar again all the staff were so kind and helpful. Philip at the pool organised our time at the spa also a wonderful way to relax. Breakfast boxes were organised for early starts and 2 evenings when we relaxed in our room we had room service the food and service were excellent. We enjoyed a delicious meal on our 3rd night looked after again very well by Naomi and the entire team. The Breakfast we had was also delicious fresh omelette cooked by the chefs . It was nice to meet Morris also on reception who had helped me with a quiery. We had a wonderful experience and it was a lovely welcome to Kenya We would definitely stay here again. Thanks to all the staff

  The location of the hotel is such a convenient place moreso with my experience in the evening, I could easily access it easily and that is a plus. I really loved the warm welcome from the security people at the gate to the entrance before getting to the reception and I felt this was the place to be at🤗😊 . The hotel is well maintained and it was a breathe of fresh air 😍😍. The meals were sumptuous and the service was top notch I enjoyed every bit it and I am looking forward to coming back not just for a dinner but for a stay so that I can experience the hotel wholesomely 🤗😊🥳

  Spotless rooms with western style bathroom. Good breakfast buffet. Super friendly and helpful staff. A bit far from the airport. Naomi was very helpful. Excellent service at the front desk.

  I enjoyed my stay at this hotel in August of this year. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Poolside rooms are quieter with a nice view. The food at the restaurant is good and the spa is very nice. The staff are excellent at the desk, restaurant and concierge. They will help with any problems or request. I specifically want to mention Charity who changed my room to a quieter location and made sure it was available to me on my return. I am very sensitive to noise. The concierge was very helpful in organizing day trips. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
