  Great gym equipment wise but the staff on the floor do not attend to you. They are essentially personal trainers and you have to pay them double the gym fees separately to train you though if you WhatsApp or text them they will tell you that they have trainers. In my opinion this is false and misleading advertising. Be prepared to be on your own unless you’re willing to pay an extra 15-20 thousand on top of your gym membership fee for one of their staff to train you. They won’t tell you this until you ask why there’s no help on the floor. Something about this feels sinister, misleading and counterproductive.

  One of the best gyms in Nairobi south area and along Mombasa road. The gym uses biometric system for customer verification and registration so you may have to provide personal information to access the gym. They have personal trainers available for an extra fee. The gym is spacious literally spacious occupying two floors in a Mall. You need can carry your water bottle and access water from for free from dispensers all over the gym. There are plenty of equipment for each muscle, cardio and other exercises. I highly recommend this gym for beginners, couples and group workout. Charges are kshs.800 per session which i consider affordable.

  One of the best gyms I have been to; airly, spacious and well equipped. The cleanliness is top notch especially in the bathrooms 👌🏾👌🏾. The staff are very friendly, respectful and helpful. I only wish they had Saturday challenges like cross fit, strength, cardio etc other than spin
