  I really enjoyed the accomodation and the food. The hygiene is top level and the location is very ideal since it's around 100m or less from the road. It also has great room service which is done on time and it's good for people on holidays and business trips since it's so close to eldoret town

  Very neat but basic rooms. No noise, no hard drinks on sale which makes it ideal for those who value quiet sleep. Conveniently located off the Eldoret Nairobi highway at Jamboni in Eldoret Very friendly staff.

  I've stayed at Sai Inn severally over the last two years, I find it convenient and clean enough for the traveller seeking a clean and quiet location for a night or two. It certainly helps that the staff are always so friendly and professional. The location, being just off the highway makes it a convenient overnight stop. My only recommendation would be, maybe the management can be more keen on maintenance of the facilities, during my last visit, I had to contend with cold showers as the instant shower was not working, I was a little concerned that it was not repaired during the duration of my stay, even though I wasn't in the room the whole day, I'd assumed they would take care of it then as it's not a huge task to change an instant shower head. Nonetheless it remains a convenient stop for the weary traveler.

  This was literally a last minute overnight stay towards the end of April. Mercy responded positively to all queries especially related to availability hot running water, availability of Wi-Fi and bath towels and promised to hold on to the rooms until our arrival. We arrived around 10pm and were permitted to view the 4 rooms booked for our party of 7 and upon satisfaction we checked in. Breakfast was limited as we were last minute guests. We found all the staff helpful, kind and friendly. Parking is available within the gated compound. The beds were comfortable and managed a good sleep without noticing any traffic noise. We would definitely patronise again and recommend. Keep it up with your hospitality. Pics of the our rooms just as we found them when checking in. Unfortunately we didn’t have a chance to flick through any channels during our brief stay. Wall fan would be a welcome addition.
