  I visited Royal Tulip for a meeting and was really impressed by the ambience and professionalism of the staff. The environment is calm, clean, and ideal for both work and casual gatherings. Special shout-out to Rosemary, who was exceptionally helpful and welcoming throughout my visit. Her friendliness and efficiency really stood out and made the experience smooth and pleasant.

  Mostly fantastic, only a couple of issues. The first is the design of the bathroom door. You have to close the door to the toilet to access the sink, and it makes a loud sound when closed. Throughout the morning I hear the booms of bathroom doors slamming from other rooms. Second thing - the bottles used in the rooms are glass rather than plastic and the entire base of one fell out as I was holding it, drenching the carpet. Not the hotel's fault exactly, but it was not a highlight for me. I am glad I didn't have it near my electronics. However the service in general has been excellent. I have gotten all the support I needed.

  I was delighted to host my birthday at the Royal Tulip and the service right from the restaurant reservation which was handled by a gentleman called Japheth was top notch. Beautiful ambience, delicious food, spectacular ambience, kind and friendly waiters-literally everyone at my Beck and call.The chef too was amazing n the entire service team sang to me with so much gusto, love and genuineness. overall my experience was surreal and I wpuld go back there again and again and again. 🥂🥂🥂✨✨✨✨👌🔥🔥🔥

  This was an unexpectedly excellent dinner at Royal Tulips in Kilimani. I am often skeptical of hotel restaurants, but this one exceeded all expectations. The ambiance was chic and relaxing. The service was top notch, friendly and efficient. The finner buffet food was delicious. The barbecue beef was particularly full of flavor. The wine list had great options. A wonderful and convenient gourmet experience without ever leaving the hotel. Will be back!
