    Customer service is below than 0. I do not recommend this hotel- they offer limited soap no shampoo no shower gel, no extra pillows given they can do better

    A decent hotel that is centrally located and close to ivory Tusk entry. The owners were warm and helpful, they helped us in finding tuktuk to railway station and offered complimentary food. Rooms are reasonably sized and clean and have AC. Overall it's a great value for money place

    After 6days there, I had the best and worst experience. The staff r the best and friendly. Took the A/C package rooms and it was OK. Some are small and other rooms are big like the 1 I got. The problem starts with everything else from here. The a/C control is limited to the temp and not how fast or slow. The buffet breakfast means different varieties(only 2 items change everyday with sausage always the 3rd option and can only take 2 as I was told by a server) and not how much u can eat as well. No swimming pool and for the price I paid I could have gotten the 'dune hotel' and it has swimming pool and all u can eat included with variety. Would I recommend it? Yes and No. Yes, if u tired and just need to rest and it's the closest. No, if u staying more than 1 night unless the rates r good. Big merit is location.

    Booked a single room with Ac which was affordable, it was okay for a short stay that is. The only thing that I didn't like was the smel in the corridor outside my room. Otherwise for the price and proximity to CBD locations it was good stay. They offer breakfast too
