  It's a residential property converted into a somewhat hotel.it had advertised that it has beach access which it doesn't. Apparently it did but recently construction around the hotel has totally blocked the access which they should have updated or advised us when we called them. The pool water has a salty taste and is not a family friendly pool as the shallow end is nearly 5ft and no safety railings on the sides of the pool so if you have kids who are still learning to swim it not advisable as there is no life guard and only one floater available. We were given a double room with a twin bed and single bed which was located in the basement of the property with little ventilation. The room did not have an AC, only a wall mounted fan that rotated only 45°. The beds had mosquito nets but were small and not covering the beds at all. The bathroom most of the times didn't have water and when one showered the floors would be so slippery hight risks of taking a fall. They provide drinking water and towels in the rooms but the towels are old and torn. The place is not for Muslims when it comes to food as they serve pork. The menu is limited and if you want any extra service from the kitchen like heating food stuff you bought from outside you have to pay extra. They have a bar which located centrally on the property and play loud music till after 10 pm. The toasts of bread are made in a sandwich maker. They don't have butter and serve jam with the bread. Location wise it's a 10 minute walk from city mall and 15 minutes walk from nyali mall. Taxis, tuk tuks and motorbike are easily available as they pass by the property and can stop one outside the gate. I'd give this property zero stars but the option was not there. Don't pay in advance id advise one to check out the place and room they going to give you before making any decision. Don't recommend the place to anyone.

  The place is a scam. We paid for aircon but the air-conditioning was not working. But when we asked for refund they refused. Please don't go there if you want to use air-conditioning. The place is also over priced and rooms don't have enough lighting. We wasted our nine days there.

  Very good value for your money. Not the best location with alot of building going around. The pool was not very attractive. The beach is 10 min a way and was a totalt disaster.

  It's not a luxurious at all. We've been visiting each day the beach and as much as you can get rid of sand and seaweed there's always something that ends up in your bed, the staff are not allowed to change everyday the bedding but rather every other day. I'm not happy about this at all. I thought it was included the breakfast but now we had to pay separately. The food is 1 out of 10.
