On the first day,I received very slow reception. The main main issue for me was their rooms, there was black mold all over the bathroom, even after I changed rooms,I still encountered mold which actually made me sick,The bathrooms are not as clean, their towels too. The breakfast was terrible and no varieties on the buffet.Menu for food is on the higher side.

COMFY ✨️ ✨️. Liked the clean and quiet rooms. Good service. My only(minor) issue was the food 😬

You are the best, what I loved about this place is how employees are so welcoming with smiles. Heko to Brenda at the reception so punctual Le she was just so amazing. The lady who served supper on 29/11/2024 she did an amazing job. That environment is so so so so so so so so so so clean and silent. Thanks for your services we felt like awarding you all.

Great location in the city center! Staff: The staff was friendly & helpful. Food: The restaurant food was good Rooms: The rooms were clean & comfortable. Bathrooms: The bathrooms were clean with great hot water & water flow. Amenities: The Wi-Fi in the rooms is extremely slow & completely unreliable. Laundry service was not punctual & forgot to take items that were left for cleaning.
