  I recently heard about a deeply troubling incident at Millimani Resort in Kisumu, which has left me with serious concerns about the safety and privacy of guests. A friend of mine was harassed on three separate occasions by a staff member—a dark-skinned lady whose name she wasn’t sure of (it could be Emily or Milly). The most alarming incident occurred after my friend finished swimming. This staff member forcefully entered her private changing space without permission, accusing her of doing something wrong. This behaviour is not only invasive but also completely unacceptable. Guests should feel safe and respected at all times, especially in private spaces like changing rooms. This kind of conduct is a serious violation of privacy and raises significant concerns about guest safety at your establishment. I urge the management to take immediate disciplinary action against the staff member involved and put measures in place to ensure such incidents never happen again. Until this issue is addressed, I can not recommend Millimani Resort to anyone seeking a safe and respectful environment. I hope you take this feedback seriously and take steps to protect the privacy and dignity of your guests

  We stayed here on a stop over. The hospitality was great. We were greeted and immediately shown a room. The prices were more than fair. There is a small restaurant. However, there is no pool as mentioned. The lady that works the restaurant is so sweet and accommodating. The food was really good as well. The breakfast was amazing and had so much food. They give you an option of eating in the dining area or having it brought to your room for a small fee. The room was nice and comfortable with air conditioning, huge bed, and nice shower. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

  This place is great. The prices are quite affordable. The pool is very good. The service is also great. Overall very good. Close to all amenities. If you can afford it, stay here, you won’t regret it

  Mediocre experience. Service is great, Mr David & the lady are amazing, very sweet. The rooms are large and there is a mosquito net so that really helped. Good parking too. Unfortunately, A LOT of mosquitoes Jesus Christ! They need to fumigate that entire place & then keep the doors closed so the mosquitoes stay out. The bedding is dirty, you can see a number of stains. The towel smelled fishy, they need to use a good detergent! The bathroom floor was SO squeaky omg! Like it’s gonna break anytime. The water pipe does not work. Water is not hot, it is lukewarm. It’s a ‘nice from far, far from nice’ experience

  The rooms are moderately spacious with quite modern bathroom facilities. The service is good. However, the rooms are rather stuffy.only one towel in the bathroom with no hand towel. The tv which is suppose to be DSTV only shows few local channels. For someone stating a few days,I guess it is alright. I've not been to all the rooms so I can only comment on the one I occupied.
