Terrible hotel. Small rooms, AC doesn’t work, they charge you for every damn thing. If you order something from the restaurant, they add service charge just to come in the lift and deliver your order. Staff is very rude

I recently had an excellent experience at Midview Hotel Nyali, located in the serene Nyali Estate of Mombasa. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the quiet and comfortable atmosphere that made it perfect for both leisure and business purposes. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable, displaying exceptional customer service that made me feel right at home. The room I stayed in was impeccably clean and well-appointed, with air conditioning, a TV with satellite stations, a telephone, an armchair, and a table. The en suite bathroom was also spotless and well-equipped, adding to the overall comfort of my stay. The free WiFi access was reliable and fast, which was particularly important for me as I needed to stay connected for work. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail and the homely atmosphere created by the in-house team. Every interaction with the staff was warm and professional, and they were always ready to assist with any requests or queries I had. Overall, Midview Hotel Nyali exceeded my expectations in every way. If you're looking for a place to stay in Mombasa that combines comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding service, I highly recommend Midview Hotel Nyali.

In a quiet location not far from Nyali barracks, 10 minutes walk from the beach, air conditioned rooms of different configurations, working elevator, swimming pool,serves great food, polite and responsive staff a few minutes away from major malls 25 minutes away from Mombasa Island during normal traffic hours and has pocket friendly prices.

This place is awesome for conference and training purposes for individuals or organisation. I have been there several times and I liked it. Despite having an-door field-set swimming pool suitable for kids and not perfect for heavy swimmers like myself.. there's free WiFi and nice package of food varieties....
