George at Mercure reception and Nicholas at Pullman reception are the most helpful people you'll meet in Nairobi hospitality. The rooms are a little tired but the staff attitude more than makes up for it, and it's a reliable, comfortable spot in a good location.

    I always stay here when I visit Nairobi. Efficient, good service, and a good location. Rooms in Mercure are a little tired these days but the attitude of the staff more than makes up for this. George at the Mercure reception and Nicholas at the Pullman reception should get special mention. The most friendly and professional hosts you could ever wish for!

    This hotel was superb.If i was to recommend this hotel to anybody for the holiday this would be my first pick.Once i got to the hotel i was treated with so much respect and seniority.This just goes to show how much respect the staff had.First thing that caught my sight was their cleanliness and arrangement.After some moments i was assisted by a well characterised manager by the name Jacquline karaba.She was overly assistant and ensured my comfort in the hotel.But all in all this hotel is highly recomendable.I would really love to go back there.

    I stayed at the hotel for over two months, and the experience was truly exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly—from housekeeping to security, everyone treated me with genuine warmth and professionalism. This stay is a perfect reflection of how welcoming and hospitable Kenyan people are. Thank you once again for providing such a wonderful experience.     Another wonderful stay at Mercure Upper Hill! All the staff are incredibly welcoming, the rooms are well serviced and very comfortable, and the dinners were lovely. We stayed as a family of four in two rooms and it was surprisingly affordable for such nice rooms! Extra thanks to Terry who made sure our coeliac daughter had fresh fruit on arrival each time we visited. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Kenya!

    Well conditioned room, a pen there, a pencil there and a notebook here. The setting alone make you wanna stay in more. The bed texture and the clean white sheets, white towels..makes the room a harbour indescribable. The room service on point but the response times ought be revised. On the outside, beautiful scenery and the annex nature of Mercure and Pullman made the experience even better. The food..🍽🍴...beautiful. The Uzima centre on the Pullman side...wow..Just a beauty. I enjoyed my stay and I look forward to another one on my next visit.
