Sophisticated hotel offering a bar & a restaurant, plus an outdoor pool, a spa & a gym.
George at Mercure reception and Nicholas at Pullman reception are the most helpful people you'll meet in Nairobi hospitality. The rooms are a little tired but the staff attitude more than makes up for it, and it's a reliable, comfortable spot in a good location.
