  Avoid This Place at All Costs! I stayed at Mansion Hotel for four days, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the security guards harassed us every time we entered or exited, treating us like criminals instead of guests. It was incredibly uncomfortable and unprofessional. The reception was even worse—they charged us for an extra day, claiming I hadn't paid, even though I had receipts proving otherwise! They refused to acknowledge the mistake and insisted on taking more money. This is blatant scamming. The bathrooms were filthy, and the air conditioning was so loud it was impossible to sleep. On top of that, the restaurant had almost nothing available to eat, yet they still had the audacity to charge us for breakfast we never even had. To make matters worse, when my car broke down right at the hotel gate, I had to jump-start it myself. After that, when I wanted to wash my hands, the security guard refused to let me back in! The level of rudeness and lack of hospitality is beyond belief. This place is a complete disaster—horrible service, rude staff, dirty facilities, and fraudulent charges. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else! Zero stars if I could.

  Convenient, preferable for short cost effective trips, service was good, enjoyed their breakfast too. Rooms are small with a fan and air conditioner which comes in handy due to the hot climate.

  Great location on a pretty quiet street. Close walking distance to many restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast included offered a good selection. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable.

  Located in the most serene environment with a cool atmosphere and a great neighbourhood, Manson Hotel has a state of the Art Customer service with quality rooms at the most affordable prices... did I forget the food? It is amazing, palatable I must say
