  Very Nice place to chill and unwind.. Has a Clean Pool.. Great Food.. Florence at the Bar Counter is very humble and courteous.. A+

  At first I went with my family it was a welcoming environment but then again I came to realise the food was bad especially the sausages were rotten. The staff was good but the lady incharge added charges I had taken three nights and then I had booked a train from Mombasa to Nairobi at 3pm now the same day I was to prepare to leave at around 11 am the lady came and told me that we have to vacate the rooms are being taken and clients were coming so it was so embarrassed and I even said to my self I wished I had even taken an expensive one or even taken an apartment like Assia apartments thats cheap and you book and the key to yo room is for you no one is there to harrass you on anything the security is great 👍🏿 I recommend Assia apartments more than Horizon the management is so poor and greatly and they are there to question and want to know about personal issues of their clients which is not right. When a client has to leave there must be a service that can treat him well so that they get a client bk but to them it's like they have many to book so they treat people with good money well but if you don't have like I said you will eat rotten food and when yo time comes to go they won't wait for you to move out that day they will come take you out of the room. Imagine I had to pack my family bags and we had to go relax next to the sea ⛵ just get a place to relax n wait for time to go to the Mombasa sgr terminus. Guys if you are to choose that place go knowing that expiring day you have to wake up si early and prepare yourself before they tell you to vacate because they always give the room up even when the client is still in . An embarrassment place of all the places I have been to Nyali . So disappointed with Horizon View Inn you need new staff and am sorry to say so esp the old lady incharge she is not fit to handle clients it's a shame to the management at large

  The place is quiet with very friendly, courteous staff.We enjoyed our two days stay.The breakfast was absolutely awesome

  Very poorly maintained, worn out linen small beds for double occupancy, very high additional cost for Single occupancy converted to double occupancy, embarrassment when you order anything from outside that they don't have, accomodation receipts are not automatic unless you request, accomodation rates are discriminatory/not fixed and receptionist appears to have personal interests when offering services. However, the food is good and fairly priced hence competitive. Accomodation services is a nightmare and not competitive inline with standards. The management should move with speed to arrest the situation otherwise revenues will continue to fall. I have been a customer for over 7 years With my colleagues and I won't go back there. There are nice hotels around horizon View with similar accomodation costs but very clean without hidden costs.
