    Stayed at Holiday Inn Nairobi Two Rivers Mall and honestly loved it. The location is super convenient since it’s right next to the mall. The staff were really nice, the rooms were clean and comfy, and overall the food was great. The best part was the free birthday cake for my baby and the staff singing her Happy Birthday🤗🫶🏼 it was so sweet and made our stay extra special. Would definitely recommend 🎂✨

    The staff gave excellent service. They are all very caring, respectful and attentive. I stayed here when I first arrived in Nairobi in November and stayed again for Christmas. I especially enjoyed the wonderful Christmas Day brunch. Joyrita and Milka were exceptionally caring and attentive. They both went above and beyond to make sure that I had the best experience.

    Located right across from the Two River shopping mall, the hotel is fairly new but on the rooms are on the smaller side. Very good breakfast. Uber and car hailing can be a bit slow because the security gate serves both the hotel and the entire shopping complex. Also, the car queue is first-in first-out so any stoppage will cause the entire line to grind to a stop. Many of our activities were at the UN compound, which was only about 20 minutes actual commuting time away. For activities at or near the newer parts of town, it could take about an hour. The restaurant staff was very accommodating. I wanted to watch the final F-1 race in the TV and they gave me the corner to myself to enjoy the race. The hotel administrative staff were willing to help but a bit slow. Guests had to wait quite a while for check-in and check-out, as well as printing. Overall, good value for business travelers.

    I loved Holiday inn two rivers. It was the customer experience for me. They were very attentive and responsive and so kind while at it. I specifically received great service from Geoffrey at the reception, Felix, Ezekiel. Very professional. At the F&B side, there's Susan, very friendly and clearly as the supervisor she must be doing something right because Lavender Milko and Majorie are also the best. I generally enjoyed my experience, and compliments to the chef, who did his best to provide the team with what we needed! Definitely returning

    This property is excellent. It is conveniently located near a mall, other shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. But the greatest aspect of this hotel is its staff. The desk agents, Frederick, John, Nicholas, and all the others are warm, friendly, and helpful. The food servers are the best - servers like Joyrita, Marjorie, Vincent are amazing and attentative to every detail. My favorite bartender Joseph pours some of the best drinks I have tasted. I was thrilled when General Manager Patel Pooja came and personally greeted me. Wow!! Great experience!!
