  Incredible experience! Hands down the best massage I've ever had. I opted for the body scrub followed by the hot stone massage and I left feeling completely reguvenated. The staff are friendly, skilled and highly professional.

  Tucked away from the bustle of the city, Serenity Spa offers a truly tranquil escape. With several branches thoughtfully located in peaceful surroundings, the one I frequent most is the Gigiri branch. This was my fourth visit, and once again, the experience delivered the same level of rejuvenation and excellence they are known for. Consistency is something Serenity Spa has mastered. They also offer gift vouchers, which make for a thoughtful and indulgent present. The interiors are warm and inviting, complemented by soothing music that instantly puts you at ease—it feels almost as if you’re floating into the clouds, ready to be pampered. Upon arrival in the treatment room, the therapist welcomes you calmly and conducts the session with remarkable mindfulness and serenity. Throughout the massage, they regularly check on pressure levels and maintain your preference, which adds to the comfort and personalization of the experience. Water is offered during the session, and once it ends, you’re treated to light refreshments, including green tea and freshly cut fruits. Each time you leave Serenity Spa, there’s a sense of being awakened—refreshed, relaxed, and rebalanced. Having known this spa for over eight years, it’s impressive how they’ve consistently upheld their standards and quality of service. If you’re a massage enthusiast, this is an experience well worth trying. Without doubt, Serenity Spa remains one of the best massage experiences in Kenya.

  It’s a beauty spa with four locations in Nairobi. Very beautiful. I only tested the hair section but my daughters and I left very satisfied. They also have a menu with drinks and little snacks.

  The place is great and service is good with a good variety and options for treatmeant. I have been here severally and the booking process is not seamless. Lots of mix ups and goofs that are not acceptable for a place of this calibre. Also, recently, always late, not less than 15minutes, which is disappointing. I tried the summer feeling but switched it up with a serenity massage. I loved the treatment, but there were no amethyst rather they used small basalt stones. So maybe the treatment descriptions should be accurate. Also, I have booked treatments, and the therapists mixed up, went to Tigoni, and steam was not working, but they INSISTED on charging fully. The treatments are largely great. I always enjoyed and I have had aromatherapy and hot stone massages which have been fantastic. Second time, I booked the pick me up. The prices on the brochure I was given a week prior during my first visit did not match up with what I was charged. Pricing is also very inconsistent as well. I like the ambience, but a lot of streamlining needs to happen given that this place aims to provide top notch service and the pricing is on the higher side. It has become worse with the proliferation of branches.
