The place is is awesome and right in town. Walking distance to Major Bus terminus from Tanzania and Nairobi or Kisumu. Just take TukTuk and it will get you close to High End car shops closeby.

good workers but a poor environment. rooms too old to be true and TVs that don't work . squeaky beds and bad showers. go at your own risks.
Just spent the night there. The fans and cold shower came in handy. At a price of Kes 2,000 bed and breakfast, it's quite fair. I enjoyed my stay. Its my hotel of choice in Mombasa.
