I came to the hotel to use the spa and dine — I was there to spend, not to beg. Yet, I was treated like a beggar. The way I was spoken to by the person who calls himself the manager was completely unprofessional. He even threatened me, saying he had the power to throw me out of the hotel. Is that how a customer should be spoken to? I felt disrespected and discriminated agains

On 14th October 2025 at around 7:00 PM, the manager disrespected me and even threatened to throw me out of the hotel simply because I was praying. He said he is the manager and can do anything since he holds that position. This behavior is extremely unprofessional.

I recently had a facial and massage session, and the experience was amazing. The facial left my skin feeling fresh, hydrated, and glowing, while the massage helped relieve all the tension in my shoulders and back. The therapist (Nellis) was professional, attentive, and created a very relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for both skincare and stress relief in one session."

To mark my birthday, I visited Gem Suites Riverside in Westlands for a spa day, followed by a family brunch — and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The spa offered a serene and calming atmosphere, perfect for unwinding and indulging in self-care. The therapist (Vyonne) was professional, attentive, and skilled, making the session deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. After the spa, we enjoyed a delightful brunch with my family the next day. The setting was elegant yet welcoming, the food fresh and flavorful and the service warm and attentive throughout from Mercy and Nelson. Gem Suites provides a perfect balance of luxury, comfort and top-notch service. It was the ideal way to celebrate a special occasion and I look forward to visiting again for Spa days. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a pampering experience!
