My short stay at the Fairview Hotel in Nairobi was very pleasant. The hotel is beautifully renovated and offers a very welcoming atmosphere. The service was excellent, and I would especially like to highlight the receptionist Maureen. She was helpful, highly competent, attentive, and truly welcoming. As a long-standing IHG Spire Elite Member, I am particularly attentive to service quality, and Ms. Wambui stood out positively. She represented the values of the IHG Group in an exemplary way and made my stay even more enjoyable. I would gladly return and highly recommend the hotel.

A tranquil escape with leafy gardens, water features, and a relaxed, open air vibe a perfect retreat for anyone wanting a mellow breakfast, lunch, or coffee break without city chaos. The surroundings are peaceful and green, making it a great spot to unwind or catch up with friends while enjoying a slow meal or drink. The menu is diverse and unpretentious think fresh pastries, light meals like gourmet sandwiches and pizzas, sushi, vegetarian friendly options, plus hearty mains when you want something more substantial. The staff is friendly and attentive, adding to the easy going and welcoming atmosphere. #EatOutApproved!

Beautiful hotel just outside the CBD.The food was amazing. I ordered their wings and Samosas. Excellent service from the waiters. Will definitely be going there again.

We really enjoyed our stay here, especially the hotel’s beautiful garden. A special thanks to the events coordinator, Mary, who organized a birthday dinner on short notice and made our stay truly special. 🙏🏻

Brilliant hotel. We stayed 3 nights in total before and after safari trip and were really pleased with our choice. The hotel grounds are stunning, a real oasis in the city. The staff and service is truly 5 star, everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. Faultless. Food in the buffet and poolside restaurants was excellent. We were in one of the newly renovated garden rooms with a terrace near the pool and it was modern, comfortable and spacious, with air con, a mini fridge, iron etc. Also no problem for a late check out with IHG membership. Security was good and it felt a very safe, comfortable and friendly environment to relax in for a few days. There are some renovation works going on to upgrade some areas of the hotel but this wasn’t intrusive st all. We’d love to come back one day and see the finished result. Thanks Fairview Nairobi for a perfect stay.
