  A wonderful and convenient place to stay. The service and food was really good. The pool is well maintained. The hotel were exceptional in organising the safe return of an item we left behind, thanks to the great staff for that.

  Conveniently located along the Nairobi-Nakuru highway, it’s a picturesque establishment, very well designed. From the welcoming ambience, the staff are also very friendly, from the gate to reception and the restaurant staff Highlights: 1. Beautiful internal environment- well manicured lawns and hedges, clean pavements- and external environment (hillscapes on one side and we had a room with a decent view of Lake Elementaita, from where we captured the most beautiful sunsets 😍) 2. Well maintained play area for children with swings, slides, trampolines and nets for ball games 3. Decent sized and clean swimming pool with an adjoining baby pool, towels, beach chairs and changing rooms available 4. Games and crafts were available for both adults and children by the poolside 5. Spacious 2 floor restaurant, clean with warm and attentive staff, large & delicious food portions with a variety of options available per request.We even had assigned tables with nameplates with Christmas wishes, which was quite thoughtful. They also offer a feeding chair for babies if needed 6. Spacious and well maintained rooms with large sliding doors for windows and balconies for fresh air 7. Warm water with both solar and electric power supply 8. Reasonable WiFi connectivity throughout the facility 9. Complementary bicycles for both adults and children 10. Ample and secure packing space(though the markings were a little too narrow for regular vehicles 😅) 11. Available toiletries in case you forgot to pack some essentials 12. Large conference facility 13. Baby cot available on request at no extra charge 14. Fairly priced accommodation 15. Wheelchair accessible for most areas except the stairs to the rooms Areas of possible improvement: 1. Consider installing shower cubicles to avoid flooding of the entire washroom after a shower 2. Full length mirrors would be a great addition to the rooms 3.Pool water was quite cold, even on sunny days. Consider heating the pool 4. The balconies being open is a fall risk, a hazard especially for active children or even incapacitated adults All in all, a 10/10 experience, I would recommend to anyone and even come back myself

  Ambience is great. A clean place. Good food and warm staff. The spacious rooms, a wow bouncy mattress, great bed. The hotel may lack a variety of activities but the experience is great. The hotel has a big clean swimming pool but the water is very cold, try investing in the good solar system you have to heat the swimming pool. The shower was very good and lighting too yet that was solar, so I suppose investing in heating the pool will be good value add. The hotel has in-door games and out door games too. The compound on the volley ball and swing area may need a touch up. Trampoline super good. Final suggestion, invest in Zipline, cable car, bungee jumping from the hill top, to the hotel. Top hill good view of Lake Elementaita. Photo shoot at the rock area, a tourist attraction. Lastly, I got great experience for my money. Every touch point is an experience they are selling.

  Overall 4/5 a great place and the rooms are all nice with great views. Would have given it 5/5 were it not for the tiny cups they use in the restaurant and lack of a full sized mirror in the room. Highly recommend
