    Old fashioned but great hotel. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful, rooms were functional and clean. Last minute booking saved us after being scammed on Airbnb

    I had the worst experience in this hotel. If they had 0 rating I'd give them.The room had dirty discolored sheets, dirty towels, toilet and poor services. They claim to have 5 star breakfast yet, I got served left overs from previous day.This was disgusting! Didn’t touch that smelly food. DON'T GO THERE, SAVE YOURSELF THE INCONVENIENCE!!!

    The cleaners should be very thorough! In one of the drawers there was a used pad that was folded, not even wrapped! I was so disgusted. I haven’t moved on 🤦🏽‍♀️

    A better destination for team building and vacation for either individual, family or corporate workshops. Easily accessible along the Nakuru - Nairobi highway

    I loved my experience here last week. Well renovated room No. 102. Great staff, nice breakfast. Stem Hotel is still a beautiful place. The receptionists both the lady and the gentleman are super friendly. Thank you
