KFC Hyrax

I will never understand why the well presented delicious-looking food displayed on your monitors NEVER matches the one being served, no effort made at all. Why would I pay extra for a crunchy burger just to be served some sloppy moist patty on tired buns (without sesame seeds!!!) topped off with mayo, scattered cheese and a miserable lettuce??? Honestly I am very very very disappointed at that!!!! Point to note I am a patron of the Westside nkr branch and the quality of their food esp burgers, meets my expectations. This hyrax branch needs retraining or reshuffle I dont know! To add: the waiting time for dine-in is gruesome!!! DO NOT walk in here hungry, you will he thoroughly infuriated by the time your food is ready. It seems drive throughs and deliveries are the top priority for this place. Now, you have done well to set up self service screens which should cut the turn around time so now ADD chefs or cooks to serve the physical customers! Not fair to see people outside being served while you have been waiting for 40+ minutes especially when with young kids!!!

I really loved the space very clean and the staffs have good services also mostly fresh made meals and very tasty

This particular KFC Branch is very accessible, as it is on the side of a Highway - Old Nairobi Road. There's a decent amount of seats inside. They do have a single restroom for each person with the Female Restroom doubling up as a Disabled/Wheelchair accessible restroom. The cashier is kind. The staff are alert and are constantly checking on their clients. They have great KFC meals available. Definitely good for a quick meal when on the road. Their amazing Drive Thru option is quite convenient. The joint can get a bit crowded in the evenings as from 1800hrs onwards.

Popular as a drive thru, I found the experience of a dine in to be pleasant as well. The chicken as always was great, so were the fries, my only cry is can we get more than one packet of ketchup? It's just so sweet and one is never enough
