  Thank you very much for your hospitality. The food was delicious and plentiful. The facilities and rooms made a good impression on me and the rooms were clean. They responded very well to a special request, immediately installing a mosquito net over my bed, and it was the first one in a hotel that didn't have a hole in it! The facilities were absolutely superb and I slept well. A great hotel for the price. The best hotel on my safari so far. I was very pleased to see that your hotel pool is also made available to schools so that children can learn to swim, because it saves lives! Thank you and keep up the good work!   Beds were super comfortable, very friendly staff, great lunch supper and breakfast compared to the other locations we stayed at on the safari tour, and pool looked amazing but sadly we arrived late for lunch and didn’t have time to use it before the game drive. I did experience some baby ants in my room that showed up later in the evening but I can tell they had recently treated for them since some stopped moving and others were going in circles. If it wasn’t for the ants I’d give it a A+ for this level of hotel and I would recommend this place. We get baby ants every year in the spring so not a show stopper for me. I am sure when they read this they will treat again/more often so I wouldn’t avoid booking here. The service, friendliness, great food, and comfy bed was very welcome after our lodge in Maasa Mara. Wi-Fi here is not fast enough for video streaming but good for web browsing.

  Had a lovely night stay here. The staff were really lovely. Thank you to Phoebe, Faith and all the staff for being so helpful! A fan in the room would have been appreciated but the rooms were very clean and well maintained. We would stay here again.

  Comfortable stay near Lake Nakuru park. Staff is very accommodating. My husband was not feeling well upon arrival- and Phoebe went out of her way to make sure he had everything he needed to feel better. She even checked in with us in the morning to see how he was feeling. I would recommend this hotel to others traveling to the area.

  Hotel was great! Clean rooms, friendly and well caring staff. Very good food as well! We had some extra needs and some misunderstanding with rooms and they were able to accommodate with no worries. Would recommended again! Phoebe was especially helpful with our stay.
