I paid for room but due to unavoidable circumstances I couldn't spend the night there thought that I would even get half refund of the amount ....that is pure theft since I am a hotelier and it's not cool at all ..I didn't like how the receptionists responded to me ( a gentleman and two ladies ) I was conned can't recommend this place!!!

Wonderful rooms, very spacious at affordable rates. However the kitchen doesn't operate 24hrs so u better sort yourself in advance. Nice customer service

Awful. Paid for a delux room. Room was a dump. Crusty old shower with nasty black mildew all over it. Many broken down things in the room. Shower broke during my stay. Asked staff to be moved to a different room but staff refused request and instead insisted that I stay in the room while maintenance staff worked on it for over an hour (and couldn't fix it). Reception was very rude and completely lacked customer service skills. The night shift girl seems to hate her job and takes her resentment out on customers. The only good things I can say is that the hotel is in a great location and the restaurant staff were quite nice.

This hotel is located by the market in central downtown Eldoret. The rooms are very nice and the breakfast buffet is good, but it is not handicapped accessible. There are 2.5 flights of stairs from the street, 3 flights from the parking garage to the reception desk. It is a great buy for able bodied people desiring secure parking. It lost one star due to crowded busy streets and the stairs.
