Clean and quiet place with a welcoming receptionist, accessible location, and breakfast served. But major issues: some guests couldn't sleep due to mosquitos, bed sheets need changing, the bed wood gave up underneath, spray regularly for bedbugs, and curtains for bathroom have permanent stains. Go only if desperate.
