  In the CBD,Friendly and helpful staffs but the rooms not worth the price..Not even close to what they charge.

  Worst place ever!!!!! Upon checking in i was instructed to use the left knob and to let the shower run for 10 minutes for hot water to start flowing, which I did 20 minutes down the line the water pressure was low and the water was still cold. I called the reception the lady asked me to run the water for 10 minutes I told her I did so she again asked if I used the left know I confirmed the same, so she said I hold she is coming, 10 minutes later I went down to the reception she was like I was slightly overwhelmed I am.coming over, upon her coming minutes later the shower started to run, so I was left in the room undressing and getting ready for my bath. As soon as I start showering the water stops again,so I call her and she says it is an issue theu are fixing. I had requested for a room change when I earlier went down to the reception but my request was practically ignored! Shower still not working with a request to wait! Some frustrations when one just wanted to take a shower and have dinner is not worthy!

  My all time place when in Eldoret. Wonderful customer experience, clean rooms with heated beds. Breakfast is great. Definitely a must visit.

  This hotel is a weapon of mass destruction. Poor service, dingy location and worst; no hot shower. They brought hot water in buckets after lying to us that the showers would work.

  Excellent service.. the location was good, my room was comfortable and clean I'll definitely visit again
