This is a very amazing hotel. Amazing customer service 👏 👌 The food is just the greatest, such a big variety of foods everyday. Right at a beautiful ⛱️ beach. So many games and activities Nice pool. Thanks for the amazing services ❤️. Keep it up 💯 [Although get the elevator fixed😅]

Visited this place with family and it was lovely... However we booked for all inclusive, like all neptune hotels at the coast are, but was so disappointed, the served us a la carte.... When travelling with a mid aged child, buffet is the easiest option and that's why I booked this place. But was left hanging. When I inquired, never got a clear explanation... Just stayed my 2 days and left not having gotten what I paid for. Other than that, the place is amazing but pull up socks on the cleaning of your beach front

I have just come back from the vacation and I had such a lovely 10/10 experience. Special shout out to the staff who ensured we had the best time! Ibrahim, Hassan at the Paradise pool bar, the animation team, and Alfredo at the Village Pool bar made sure my time was CHOICE🥳

Excellent location, the rooms are well air conditioned, kept clean always. The food is Ok not too fussy but very fresh. The staff are soo nice, kind and very welcoming. I liked how by the pool the guard kept a close eye on my 4yr old even when she went to the beach by herself one cleaner followed her to know who she was with. You feel like you are visiting with cousins. They have lots of fun activities constantly going on, cooking shows, coconut shows and aerobics, games. Very interesting stuff. We really enjoyed our 4day stay.

Friendliest hotel staff we’ve ever met. I felt more like a family member than a guest. Rooms were well cleaned, the food was delicious and the view to the ocean from our room beautiful. Excellent price to value ratio and an unforgettable experience.
