  Amazing resort. All inclusive package goes a long way. The staff is friendly and treats the guests a.k.a. passengers with the utmost respect. The vibe is tranquil and the views are to die for.

  The cooks and writers are so kind and professional. The food is good too but. Everything is perfect except one guy at the reception. We have a video of him Harrasing us and calling us names just because we din't want a buffet and wanted something different

  This is my all time favorite resort in Mombasa. We've been frequenting the hotel every year for the past 10 yrs. What keeps taking us back is first of all the great customer service. Secondly, the food is all you can eat and the drinks ever flowing. They have a wonderful Animation team led by Jackson, that keeps the visitors busy throughout the day in games and activities. They also take care of the young children for the whole day, giving a chance for the parents to relax. There are 3 pools to choose from, each with its own advantage. The rooms are well kept and the beds cosy. The only downside is the amount you have to cough up in order to enjoy all this. It is worth every penny.

  This was our third stay at Voyager Beach Hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. Check-in was seamless, which set a positive tone from the start. The rooms are a bit dated, though some have been renovated. A bit more attention to dusting as minor shower renovations would improve comfort. That said, Anderson, our room attendant, was gracious, professional, and attentive, which we truly appreciated. The managers and staff at the main restaurant were consistently warm and friendly. A special mention to Olivia, one of the managers, who was hands-on—clearing and wiping tables herself and truly leading by example. The food was okay—not the best, but satisfactory. Breakfast is the same most days. Would have loved to see more Swahili-themed days, which would add great local flavor to the experience. Entertainment-wise, “Michael” Jackson was fantastic—very engaging and made the pool activities so much fun. One area for improvement: lifeguards at the main “fun” pool should remain vigilant and avoid distractions such as phone use, as drowning accidents can happen very quickly. We keep coming back mainly because of the wonderful kids’ club. Our little ones had an amazing time, and a huge shout-out to the kids’ club team—Jackson, Takesha, Precious, Rebecca, Tabitha, James, and Happy—for their energy, care, and dedication. Overall, we would recommend Voyager Beach Hotel, especially for families with young children. Can’t wait for all rooms to be renovated!

  I recently stayed at The Voyager Beach Hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience from the very first moment. As you drive into the hotel, you are welcomed with a trumpet-literally. I found this incredibly innovative and such a warm, memorable way to set the tone for the stay. The hotel is perfectly situated right by the beach, offering breathtaking views and a truly relaxing atmosphere. My room was just steps from the Indian Ocean—spacious, spotless, and with sparkling clean linen that made the stay even more comfortable. The service was excellent from start to finish. The staff are genuinely warm, friendly, and committed to making your stay memorable. I would like to especially acknowledge Winnie and Grace at the reception for their professionalism and warmth—they truly set the tone for a great stay. A special mention also goes to Japhither, who went above and beyond to assist me with my luggage both on arrival and on my last day. His kindness and willingness to help truly stood out. Breakfast was another highlight—spoilt for choice with a wide variety of delicious options, all served by attentive and cheerful staff. Overall, Voyager Beach Hotel delivers an exceptional blend of comfort, cleanliness, hospitality, and beachside beauty. I highly recommend it and genuinely look forward to returning.
