Go here if you want your stuff to get stolen, sadly. Had a very unpleasant experience with the Managing Director at Smart Gyms who also works out here. Otherwise was a good gym, but my friends and I cancelled our memberships after my experience with the MD.

My review has heavily been influenced by the administration staff and management at the gym. I have had an issue regarding my membership that I have been inquiring about for a month now. My inquiries have been met with dismissal and a complete lack of interest and concern. The person who sits at the front desk (so far it has been one person consistently) has been quite rude and unfriendly. I have also tried to email management about my issue and they have never gotten back to me. The gym has some positive aspects but their customer service is terrible and that takes away from any positive experience.

A very good gym, well equipped and affordable as well. The showers are clean and have ample hot water. The staff are friendly and the coaches actually help when members are in need. The overall cost can be expensive because of the separate parking fee charged by the mall parking management.

Great workout set up with variety of premium equipment to close from. It has easy access with options of lift or staircase and within easy reach for cash points and bank services. Health is ensured with all covid pandemic guidelines followed. Staff are warm and pleasant to talk to. I recommend this facility.

Fantastic gym! Beautiful space, great ambience, loads of weights and machines. Fresh air flowing through and wonderful lighting within the gym. Definitely the best of the smartgyms in town. Lovely and friendly staff as well. The lavatory facilities are clean and plenty of lockers available to lock in your stuff as you get them gains in. Well done Smartgyms family!
