  Coming on a regularly basis. Best place to go around UN area! Perfect reception, spa services, tasteful interior, refreshments, very friendly staff. Good to treat body and mind.

  I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Kaya Spa. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I was kept waiting for 45 minutes past my allotted time. The staff repeatedly misinformed me about the wait time, which only added to the frustration. This occurred late at night where they kept pushing the time during a time when protests were happening in the city. The spa showed no regard for the safety of its customers, keeping us in the dark and lying about the time and continuously pushing back the time. For a spa that charges such high prices, and looks fancy, the level of service was shockingly unprofessional. This lack of respect for customers' time and safety is unacceptable and will undoubtedly affect their reputation if not addressed. The massage itself was terrible. I specifically asked for a lymphatic drainage massage, but the therapist kept performing a normal massage instead. The experience was so bad that I left halfway through. Overall, my visit was far from relaxing and I would definitely NOT recommend this spa to others. Save your money and go to Serenity.

  Kaya at Tribe reopened about 6 months ago after closure during the Covid -19 pandemic and renovations. The technical skills of my masseuse (Faith) were excellent. It was a very enjoyable experience. Patronage of the spa can get busy in the afternoon, so if you are flexible with your time try a morning booking. Arrive at least 15 mins earlier, so that you can start your treatment on time. I found it strange that they don't invite you to use the steam and sauna - it's as though the information is intentionally withheld. I also had a pedicure at the Salon. It was okay.

  Manicure & Pedicure not done by professionals here. Anyone therapist who excessively buffs your nails to the point you can’t put your hands in hot /warm water hasn’t mastered the art. My nails/fingers are hurting from my last experience here. Book your mani pedi appointments with caution.

  Very good service and options. Kelvin is an excellent massage therapist. I got the deep tissue and it was just what I needed. This will definitely be my go to spa. Asante Sana!
