Lovely gym with a Cafe next door. My sister and I got guest passes during our stay. I'll definitely return on my next trip to Nairobi.

Solid gym with great equipment and atmosphere Staff are friendly and encouraging Machines are plentiful and we'll spaced although the space may seem small, there's enough space for even group workouts. Has separate sections for outdoors, weights and cardio machines. And sports massages (haven't tried yet but will soon and update) Small update since I can't reply to the afro fit main account below: I've only been here a week and it's been great, the only thing I miss / wish is a steam room / sauna. Had one at my last gym (sarit) and I've really missed it. As well, it's clean, the shower rooms and changing rooms are hygienic and well maintained.

Just had the best sports massage by Naomi....feels like I have been granted a new lease in life. Thank you, Naomi....God bless your magic hands! I am absolutely refreshed! Can't wait for round 2....and many more. I summed it up with a nice warm shower....try it out today.

AfroFit Gym | Delta Chambers. I have traveled several places around the word and so far this gym has the best view and indoor decor not forgetting the outdoor gym space which is none like anything I’ve seen before. The team at AfroFit Delta Chambers are very professional,(the coaches are enthusiastic and ready to help).Customer Service won my heart,(Vivian was very helpful and persuasive).I actually enrolled with this gym because of her assurances,I would recommend this gym to any one looking for serenity, good vibes, team classes and cleanliness. However; I had the opportunity to visit one of their other locations (TRM Branch) and I can confirm that am never going back there again. The changing rooms were in the worst condition possible, old lagged smelly shoes all over the floor, bathroom water flooding all over, not to mention the gym is very well equipped but no organization.I had to look and search for a pair of dambells all over the floor.I looked around n there was no coaches or assistant to be found, needless to say I wouldn’t recommend it my friends. There needs to be some kind of flow and planning. That’s all I can say about TRM ( good location though). Delta chambers ,keep it up,can’t wait to show it off to my friends.🙏🏿🤛
