About

Clean with hot showers, liquid soap, separate changing rooms, and topnotch customer service and classes. Pro trainers who really care, excellent cardio regimen, lots of green spaces giving it a fresh aura — the owner says it's the most popular gym in South C and the close-knit community (8 years running) backs that up.

Probably the best budget gym within its class . A close knit community ( 8 years running). Available pro trainers . It’s on ground floor . With lots of green spaces giving it a fresh aura . Best functional fitness circuit training cardio regimen . And yes , I am slightly biased . I own the place .But please , come check us out . There is a reason we are the most popular gym in South C !
