Amazing experience at Nada Spa! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. Faith and Margaret were absolutely wonderful - so kind, attentive and very good at what they do. They made sure I was comfortable throughout my session. Left feeling so refreshed and relaxed. 10/10 service, will definitely be back!

The spa is clean and quiet. Giving zero stars because of the poor service I got. Wanted waxing, and instead of telling me they don't have someone to do it. They let the one who does facials to wax me. It was one of the worst experiences, she was nice and admitted she didn't know how to do it but that was after trying and failing. We had to try to remove the wax unsuccessfully, and I had to go get waxed somewhere else. Yet they still charged me! Charged for a service they didn't deliver on, and I had to seek elsewhere. It was truly a waste of time. Seems they are just interested in money and not offering quality service which is sad. The location is convenient. I was looking for a regular spa place, but after that first experience, I wouldn't recommend.
