  The food at Hob House is AMAZING - the best in Malindi and surrounding area. We loved it so much we came back 3 times (to try the breakfast, lunch, and dinners!) Kelly is very kind and attentive and we had some nice chats. Not only was the food great, the ambience and vibe of the surroundings is also super nice. The waitress could be a little bit quicker/friendlier, but that didn't impact our experience. GO HERE when you're in the area!!

  Beautiful place, with great food and the best service! Went here 2 days in a row and both evenings were perfect. The Halloumi salad is our big favourite!! The place looks much better than these pictures, the owner Kelly thought about every detail. You should definitely go here! We already booked a place to stay, but next time, we will stay here. It has a nice pool and it’s next to the beach.

  Hob House Malindi is an absolute gem. Beautiful, serene, and perfectly maintained. Kelly, the property Owner, was amazing — warm, attentive, and ensured everything ran smoothly. The staff were exceptional, from the security at the gate to the housekeeper and waiters. Everyone was genuinely kind and welcoming. The food... WOW. Absolutely delicious and a real highlight of the stay. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Malindi, with everything easily accessible while still feeling private and peaceful. Highly recommend and would definitely return. 💫 oh and please try the granola for breakfast ( thank me later 🤭☺️)

  This is must go and must stay place...a must place to eat and must to relax there. Kelly and her staff are very welcoming in this unique hotel house and restaurant. The rooms are very stylish, very comfortable with AC and ceiling fan. Bathroom and dressing room are part of the very high standards. The lovely garden put the cherry on the cake with beautiful trees providing shade and very well maintained refreshing pool.The libaneese and arabic dishes are fantastic...same menu as Hob House Nairobi with some extra fish or local arabic cuisine. We had a wonderful stay...we'll come back for sure.

The rooms are stylish, cozy, and filled with character, making it the perfect place to unwind and feel at home. We enjoyed a delicious Lebanese lunch that was simply outstanding – fresh, authentic, and full of flavor. Every bite reminded me why Lebanese cuisine is loved the world over. Sitting in the lush garden setting made it even more special – it’s peaceful, green, and now even more inviting with the newly arrived signature chairs that add such a stylish touch to the atmosphere. What really sets Hob House apart, though, is the warmth of the staff. Everyone was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming – you can feel the love and care that goes into both the service and the space. 🌿✨ Hob House Coast is not just a restaurant or a stay – it’s an experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Malindi who wants amazing food, comfort, and a beautiful garden retreat. I’ll definitely be back!
