A peaceful and amazing village in Mambrui where everything is incredibly well-organized and spotlessly clean. Guests feel comfortable and at home for weeks at a time, and Sarah and Bilal are excellent hosts.

    I stayed with Sarah and Bilal at Dhahabu Village for almost a month in November 2025. Everything was incredibly well-organized and spotlessly clean. I felt very comfortable and at home there. It's a beautiful place to stay with the added bonus of a private chef and a dedicated server. Right in front of the village is a stunning dune landscape and a kilometer-long sandy beach, practically deserted except for a few locals. I can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation. Within minutes, you can see hippos, baboons, and flamingos, and Arabuco National Park is less than an hour away.

    We were in Dhahabu Village during more than 3 weeks as we were filming a documentary about the incredible Ngomeni Shipwreck, which is most probably a ship from Vasco da Gama‘s third and last voyage. But for tourists, i would highly recommend this place for a relaxed stay with fantastic service. There is much to discover in the area (Hippos, Flamingos, Baboons, etc.) in the immediate surroundings. And when you come home after an exciting day in Kenya and Lennox and Mzungu prepare your dinner, you‘re really blessed with their lovely and caring service. You‘ll find your clothes washed, your room cleaned and you‘ll switch on the aircon. The pool invites for a relaxing swim and a endlessly relaxing massage is just a call away. It‘s really like feeling at home in the pure sense of it. Your hosts Sarah and Bilal are incredibly friendly, comprehensive and welcoming and will help you fulfull your wishes. This truely is a five star service level which will make your stay unforgettable. Highly recommend!!!!

    I stayed here from January 19th to February 1st, 2025. A unique experience, everything was truly perfect: traditional houses nestled in the greenery of a well-kept park, a wonderful pool with a galana stone bottom that transmits the heat of the sun to the water, excellent resort management, and friendly, helpful, and capable staff. What can I say? I will definitely be back ♥️ Highly recommended.

    Heavenly place, fantastic staff, sweet, cheerful and helpful. Impeccable management. Pool with a stone bottom (galana) that keeps the water warm at all hours, like at the spa, but surrounded by African palm trees 🌴. The thought of leaving here makes us want to cry 😅 Mara Adriano and Cristian. THANK YOU.
