    Spring Valley Karen is an absolute gem, peaceful, private and serene. The staff are hands down some of the best baristas in Nairobi — consistently professional, friendly, and delivering excellent customer service every time. They’re also incredibly supportive during work ‘Open Days’ and events at the location, always helpful with catering needs and well organised. Great atmosphere, great attitude, and my absolute favourite Zanzibar latte never disappoints. Highly recommended.

    Very nice coffee shop. Very convenient for working, working WiFi, good coffee and pastries. No food or heavy snacks available. Good for quick bites.

    This is a quaint little coffee shop with a relaxed outdoor vibe—perfect for slowing down or getting some work done. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the coffee strong enough to power through the mental load. I had an Americano, which I enjoyed, though I wouldn’t have minded just a touch more sugar.

    This is probably the best coffee I had in Nairobi, a good variety of different coffee and blends. There are various preparation options including popular V60 and Chemex (no syphon unfortunately) apart from the typical machine brews. And there is a selection to have something on the side, which seems more morning oriented. The location is very relaxing and worth a visit.
