    Amazing rooftop cafe in Karen. Convenient with ample parking. Lovely outdoor seating. Wonderful staff. Walked in with family early on a weekday morning and was quickly served. Brunch items were delicious.

    Loved loved loved it! Food was great, staff were lovely. Spent the entire day working remotely and it was so peaceful and serene. Hands down my top 3 favourite Nairobi cafes. Can’t wait to visit again.

    My experience at Cafe Cassia was ultimately a good one largely because of the waitress who later served me and made me feel welcome. I understand that Valentine’s Day was extremely busy and the pressure on staff was likely high. The lady waitress who first directed me to my seat appeared irritated by my arrival and pointed to a table without any warmth or interaction. She did not return to check on me or acknowledge me which left me feeling uncomfortable and unsure to the point I wanted to leave!After some time another waitress came over and treated me with kindness patience and genuine care. Her service completely changed how I felt and reminded me how important good hospitality is. Because of her my visit ended on a positive note and I left with a much better impression of the restaurant.The food was so yummy too!
