  Randomly left Makindu, decided to explore further south.😂😂 Thought Manyani was a town. Though accessed a shop at the prison thanks to the kind officers 🙏 😆 Men learn through pain.The sun🌞 was sunning but views were distracting. Spotted baboons 🐵, giraffes🦒 and a juvenile elephant 🐘 just metres next to workers repairing the Mombasa road,both minding their busineses as they knew what brought them to town 😂. Every bit was adventurous🕺as you approach the coast Safely returned to Mkd by transit 😄thirsty for more adventures. 🇰🇪 is biuriful.

  I won't judge the animals, but regardless of how many or what kind you see, it's worth coming here to see the real savannah. Most nature documentaries lie both in their narrative and their colors. Therefore, it's worth seeing for yourself. I won't judge the safari operator here; I'll do that elsewhere, just the park itself. Remember to bring sunscreen, sunglasses (even if you don't wear them, they'll be useful because when driving with the roof up, something can get in your eye or hit you), and a hat that covers your neck and, preferably, your shoulders. The most important thing is to enter through the gate as early as possible, preferably right after sunrise. Unfortunately, we often rely on the safari operator, who often tells us we can't enter before 8:00. Why is it worth it earlier? It's all about the animals, of course. The hotter it gets, the more wild animals seek shade and hide. They don't even want to go to watering holes in the heat. This doesn't mean you won't encounter them; they'll just be fewer and more hidden, making them harder to see. Predators, of course, are the hardest to spot. We managed to catch up right at the beginning, but the lioness was quite far away and hidden in the grass. However, we could see a small lion cub running back to its mother, frightened by the people, as several vehicles soon arrived. It ended with only the lion's tail wagging through the binoculars. There were plenty of elephants and giraffes, but quite a distance away. Buffalo, zebras, and antelopes were close by, and a herd of buffalo was crossing the road. Hippos, one large, the other small, submerged in water and motionless. There were plenty of warthogs. In the center of Tsavo, there were monkeys and birds, a very expensive shop, and a very expensive restaurant. We didn't buy anything in the shop, but the organizers had bought us lunch at the restaurant. Lunch was buffet-style, so we had a little of everything: two kinds of soup: a clear fish broth and a cream of roasted tomatoes with peppers; chicken and two kinds of antelope. The chicken was reliable, the game was well-seasoned, but you had to bite it hard. Drinks cost extra, but the price included a large selection of fruit and desserts. You can also use the swimming pool in the center, but the guide was already rushing to move on because a one-day safari is a snap, and they had to hurry. Of course, they were already rushing home for dinner.
