  We had a wonderful stay at this location and can highly recommend it. Everything was excellent from start to finish – the accommodation was very comfortable, the atmosphere was great, and the food was delicious and well prepared. What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding service. Because I was quite anxious about insects in the tent, the staff kindly took my concern very seriously. Upon my request, they sprayed the tent again with anti-insect spray and even left the bottle with me, which was incredibly thoughtful. Thanks to this extra care, I didn’t find a single insect and was able to sleep peacefully and relaxed. This level of attentiveness and kindness made a big difference for me and turned our stay into a truly pleasant experience. Thank you so much to the amazing team – we would happily stay here again.

  Wonderful Lodge with spacious rooms and a lovely view. The staff, especially Reuben and Bernard were excellent and catered for us wonderfully despite our night game drive times. Asanteni Sana!

  The ambience was wonderful having meal with the elephant was even amazing...the only problem I got was with the stuff..at first I have 2 small kids whenever we go to any resorts they are happy to boil milk for kids at no fees..I spoke to one of the waiters regarding milk shock on me he told me they sell milk per glass 300ksh/= I had to head to the reception around 9pm but there was no one at the front desk..I thot of speaking to anada waiter fortunately he was happy to help me..second thing we ordered cake the order was taken for next day lunch and unfortunately when we were so excited fr the cake cutting we were told the chef is not there and no one was aware regarding it..so some of the waiters are happy to serve while others aren't probably otherwise the rooms the food and everything else was 10/10

  Very nice And tranquil lodge. I dont liké Big lodges where you feel liké you re in a big canteen. This one is relativemy small, no frills Hence very nice to watch animals interaction coming to thé pond. Thé staff is soooo nice And attentive. Beautiful panorama Tents are bigs maybe not luxurious but very confortable with all amenities And clean. Thé meals are very good Spécial thanks to all thé staff . I ll bé back one day Ps : dont forget some tip at thé end. They really deserve it

  We spent one night at Setrim Lodge in Tsavo East as part of a 3-day safari with Elky Tour, and it was truly an extraordinary experience. This lodge offers something rare and unforgettable — a deep, immediate connection with nature. From the comfort of our tent, we could watch elephants just in front of us as they came to drink and bathe. During dinner, we sat in awe as a pair of elephants refreshed themselves in the water, right in our view. Moments like that go beyond the incredible — they are unique, and not many lodges can offer such an atmosphere. The silence at Setrim Lodge soothes your senses — it’s peaceful, grounding, and restorative. The rooms were spotless, the food was very good, and the overall ambiance was both authentic and serene. I would recommend this place a thousand times over — it’s an experience that stays with you.
