  We enjoyed our stay for the second time. It's an easy stop between Kenya and Nairobi. Tent B4 is getting old but was clean and comfortable. Bathroom, however, needs to be refreshed. Waking up with so many birds songs is a highlight. And we could enjoy watching animals behind the fencing. Unfortunately we missed Twigi the giraffe... Food was good. Swimming pool clean. We will come again

  Oldonyo Orok Lodge was truly extraordinary and an unforgettable part of our journey. From the moment we arrived, everything about this place felt special. The food was absolutely incredible, beautifully prepared and full of flavor, every meal was a highlight in itself. The lodge offers a perfect location with easy access to Amboseli National Park, surrounded by breathtaking nature and stunning landscapes. The setting is peaceful, wild, and simply magical. The staff were incredibly warm, caring, and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome and at home throughout our stay. One of the most unforgettable moments was meeting Twiggy the giraffe, being able to pet her and spend such precious time with her was an emotional and once-in-a-lifetime experience we will cherish forever. Relaxing in the beautiful swimming pool while immersed in this incredible natural environment made the experience even more perfect. Oldonyo Orok Lodge is more than just a place to stay, it is an experience filled with beauty, emotion, and unforgettable memories.   A Perfect Getaway❤️‍🔥 My spouse and I enjoyed a beautiful 2-day vacation at Oldonyo Orok Camp, and every minute at the site was absolutely worthwhile. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with exceptional hospitality that made our stay both comfortable and memorable. A special mention goes to Valary and Caroline for their warm attention, professionalism and the comfort they ensured throughout our stay. They truly made us feel at home. We also cannot forget Chef Shadrack, who served us delicious meals every time — each dish was crafted with care and tasted amazing. The tents are perfectly positioned to guarantee absolute privacy, making the experience even more relaxing and serene. The Camp is definitely a place we would love to visit again. Highly recommended for anyone seeking peace, comfort and exceptional service!

  Oldonyo Orok, a lovely hidden gem, is a once in a lifetime experience! From the warm welcome by Twiggy (the resident giraffe), to the brilliant staff who were attentive to our every detail, Chef Shadrack who was a wizard with the meals, lovely pool to dip in on the (mostly) hot days, it's quite the task to summarize in a post. The place offers a wide variety of glam tented camping options to choose from depending on your needs. The limited internet connection is great for those seeking a truly peaceful holiday. However, they do have excellent WiFi/cellular reception at the club house in the event that one needs to reconnect to the bustling world. Tucked neatly just 20 minutes away from the Namanga-Tanzania border, it's a great spot for those who are in transit and looking for a unique getaway. It doubles up as a sanctuary for a wide array of wild flora and fauna and we got to see ostriches, Kudu, eland, visit the bird sanctuary where we got to feed the cranes, peacocks, doves amongst others. 10/10 would highly recommend.

  Absolutely Worth It! From the moment I made the reservation over the phone, I knew I had made the right choice. The warmth and friendliness on the other end immediately made me feel welcomed, and that feeling remained throughout our entire stay. This was just a small staycation with my husband and our daughter. I had been looking for a place with a touch of wildlife and the moment I saw a giraffe (my daughter’s favorite animal), I knew we were in for something special. Everything was amazing. The three-course meals were delicious, the healthy breakfasts were a perfect start to the day, and the 4 p.m. tea and coffee break with tasty snacks made me feel truly pampered. The swimming pool was sparkling clean yes, a bit cold at first, but you warm up after a few strokes, especially under the hot, slightly windy sun. Not to forget the staff so friendly,understanding, and accommodating. Their hospitality made a big difference in our overall experience. I would recommend this place again and again, and I’m definitely looking forward to coming back. It was more than just a getaway it was a beautiful, memorable experience for our little family.
