I was there on Sunday and the service was so poor a supervisor called Diana is the one that served me, told me sauteed potatoes zilimwagika after waiting for my meal for over 3 hours. She also brought pork ngumu sana and kept getting the drinks order wrong. Only thing that I enjoyed was swimming, that was perfect with engaging life guards that looked after my baby sister well. And the venue is spectacular looking

WORST EXPERIENCE EVERRR!!! Oh my goodness. Poor service. If you order the platters be careful. They will not bring everything you order on the platter then pin it on you. Rude waitresses especially one named Susan! They also take so long before bringing your food. Save yourself the headache

The ambiance lives up to the name. The main complaint remains around service. We sat for more than 20 minutes before anyone noticed us. The food service takes ages: Tea took 45 minutes to arrive; Butternut soup: 50 minutes; food: 1hr after ordering. If planning to order, don't order appetizers - just make your food order. The food in itself was expertly done - the only saving grace about the experience.

Very serene environment wutha soothing sound of river flowing nearby and crickets and frogs doing a chorus. Great nyamchom and cool beer. Affordsble acvomodation They need AIRBnB to cater for family and bigger group otherwise families will patronize the place and seek accomodation elsewhere read in Embu town which is very close.

Hello I have a complain about a server called Millicent her services were poor our 15 minutes order took one and a half hours hours she mistook our order bought us totally different meals the aesthetic generally was nice but the services were poor I would urge the resort to take action and train the staff for maximum customer satisfaction thank you
