  Absolutely marvelous place in a forest setting. Went there for the morning yoga classes and simply loved it. Check their website for the up to date program. Classes are on drop-in basis.

  Watamu Treehouse is definitely worth a visit, especially with a special someone for a romantic getaway. The architecture and interiors are unique, beautiful, and thoughtfully blended into nature, and the beach is just a few steps away. The staff are friendly and attentive. There are, however, a few areas where the experience could be elevated. There is no air conditioning, and while the open-house concept is part of the charm, it can become very hot and windy. Additional activities are priced separately, and the vegetarian meals, while fresh and well prepared, can feel repetitive after several days with limited variation. Given the premium pricing, a few more inclusions, activities, or thoughtful extras would better align with expectations. Overall, it’s a special and memorable place, though best enjoyed over a shorter stay of around two days.

  Watamu treehouse is life changing. It has beautiful and unique architecture with 360 views of the beach and local area. The food is delicious and they offer numerous activities during your stay (snorkeling, yoga, kayaking, tours, etc.) that I would highly recommend to participate in. The beach is only minutes away and the cutest monkeys hang out in the trees surrounding the area. All of those features make for an incredible stay, but the people that work there are really what makes the experience so special. I was there for a yoga retreat and stayed for a little over a week. Every single person that worked there was so kind, open, warm and always smiling. They all took the time to learn our names and teach us their language and culture. Their service was impeccable and everybody was so helpful whenever you needed anything. The worst part of the trip was having to say goodbye to all the lovely people we met. I could not recommend a place more highly, what an incredible experience. P.s. sign up for all the watersports activities, they are so fun and the guys that take you are THE BEST!!!

  Incredible rooms, service, and experience - they really look after the finer details. A perfect place to start or end a holiday in Kenya. This is our second time coming here and it is still the go-to destination in all of Kenya when you truly want to rest and reset. Keep up the excellent work Paul and team!

  Absolutely stunning experience with most wonderful staff in an amazing setting. The yoga classes are brilliant as well! One thing was the overpriced food (e.g, lunch menu), but nothing that lies within the hands of the super nice staff ! 10/10 and a highlight of our trip. Thanks!
