  Beautiful place but worst experience; we experienced racism first hand and the worst is that it came from our fellow Kenyans!. Instead of them celebrating their own, they were busy idolizing their bosses. Luckily we avoided their food after we made an order that took 2hrs to prepare and when it eventually arrived past midnight. The 1800bob burger was terrible with the burger bread as hard as a tortoise shell, while the 1500bob tiramisu looked like the size of small cupuccino cup☹️☹️☹️. All in all it's a beautiful and amazing place but you will only enjoy the beauty not hospitality.

  Awesome place to have dinner. Abit pricey though. But its a nice menu, nice lighting with dinner by a pool in a garden.

  The place is truly amazing and the location is breathtaking! The service is fast, polite and always ready to accommodate you. Special thanks to Innocent, who was our waiter and was very welcoming and nice!! Totally recommend!

  We had a fabulous time at Medina Palms, the staff is friendly, and the location and amenities are truly top-notch. From the entrance to the conception of the outdoorsy gardens, swimming pools, lounge area everything gives a peaceful feeling. The real surprise was at the very first moment we stepped in, the reception informed us that we got upgraded. Instead of the 2 rooms booking they gave us the penthouse. The stay was a 2-floor with rooms and a living room on the ground floor and an open living room, balconies, and a jacuzzi on the rooftop, opened to a nice view of the Medina Palms Resort. The place is ideal for a couple of family accommodations.
