A restaurant in Kitale town.Has a shade where you can rest while taking there sweet soup. Have a butchery selling nyama choma. There's ample space inside and upstairs.

It's located in Kitale town so it's easy accessing supermarket (Khetias) and restaurants. We loved the customer service 😁The male attendant was polite and thoughtful. We picked a double room and a single room. The rooms and washroom/bathroom were clean. For the double room, the hot water shower wasn't working even after turning on the switch. There was also no water to flash the toilet. The attendant allowed us to use the bathroom and washroom ya another room that didn't have guests. The other room's hot water shower was working 😁 The attendant was helpful in navigating the town.

Good enough services, nice parking, hot water but rooms are a bit dusty or they allow smoking in the rooms or in corridors or they don't change window certains because I sneezed MY lungs out all night and didn't understand why. I don't normally sneeze in a clean nice rooms.

The hotel is run down; door locks not working; rooms congested, dull, damp and cold. Sockets inconveniently located. Noisy lift though functioning; shower water spills to the main room. I was so uncomfortable that I slept with clothes on eagerly waiting for morning. The breakfast is nicely simple but mean with small portions - felt like high school.
