  This is a very beautiful place, nice food, fair prices, very clean and the service is great. They have nice seating both inside and outside. Nice bar with great staff. We spent Jamhuri day here too and it was an awesome evening with great vibes.

  We came with friends to eat at the restaurant. It’s a very beautiful place — I would say the most beautiful one in Kitale. The staff is friendly, and we really enjoyed the African exhibition. The coffee is tasty, but unfortunately, we didn’t like the food... the only thing that was good was the French fries. The rest of the food was okay, but not enough for us to come back here to eat. Only just to have coffee. If the kitchen were good, this could be the best restaurant in Kitale. Please do something about the food.

  An expected experience of luxury and great service. Lets start with the fact that it is so well themed around the safari narrative. The place is neat and clean. Maintained well and cared for. The rooms are amazing. Designed well. Great utilisation of space. After our long trip I really appreciated the hot shower with high pressure and clean towels. The bed is comfortable with various pillows of different densities to pick from. Big windows allow air flow and ventilation. Has a lovely clean pool and a well kept yard. Out out side an exhibition of various cultural and historical items.

  I was very impressed with Saiwa resort and highly recommend it. I stayed a night at this hotel with friends and I found it an excellent choice . The architectural design is well thought out combing greenry , with wood and unfinished stone -the owner has really invested in good design. The rooms were very clean, good quality cotton bedding and the bathroom is thoughtfully designed with a rain shower and an arabic tap which makes the hotel inclusive & to international standards. Wifi is fast but , we had to call reception for the login since we couldn’t find the wifi card in the room. The breakfast buffet was adequate , the menu could do with more variety.The staff at the front desk were very helpful and responsive. I forgot a dress in the room and they made sure I got it. Thanks Zac, Irene - I hope the hotel maintains good customer service standards. While we appreciate the proactiveness to curb mosquitoes in future we’d recommend the hotel ask clients if they should spray insecticide in the rooms, my friend has asma and it triggered symptoms. Overall the hotel is great value for money and I would be happy to stay here again.

  Great hotel! I love the private rooms, feels very intimate. The grounds are very nice, there’s even a small pool. The food was great, especially the breakfast buffet! We also had dinner there (do NOT order the pizza) but the carbonara and meats were delicious. The employees were extremely engaging, friendly and helpful! FYI the doors are very complicated...it took us a few times to figure it out
