  The place is okay, not very exciting though, the pool was not useable, a couple of food items listed on the menu were also not available so ended up just having fries. Didn't spend the night though so I can't comment on the situation of the rooms

  The executive rooms needs an upgrade , They are quite spacious but I didn't like the ambience,and the smell in the room, their staff offered really good service.

  While I was there they blasted music at 100 db right above my room during the evening. There was no hot water. The cold water also wasn’t working when I woke up on the second day. Gym was not well maintained. I asked for a “superior” room but the bed was small. There was no desk, and when I complained about that the staff brought in a folding table. Upon trying to check out the lady at the front desk tried to charge me charges that weren’t disclosed at the time of booking, then asked for more than 3 times what the room rate was. She accepted her mistake when I redid the calculation myself.

  What a wonderful hotel. The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The serene ambiance l, courteous staff and delicious cuisine makes everyday delightful. Clean spacious room and a relaxing swimming pool and spa/gym creates a relaxing environment. It can get cold though and that's because the location is right at the slopes of Mt. Elgon. Highly recommend.

  The customer service here truly stands out—the staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to assist. The food was deliciously prepared. However, I did have a few concerns. The swimming pool is located right in front of the restaurant, which, in my opinion, can be a bit uncomfortable for both diners and swimmers. Additionally, I was disappointed with the security's decision not to allow me to park my motorbike inside the hotel compound, despite the parking area being mostly empty. It’s a private bike, and I didn’t see why it was an issue. That said, the hotel is clean, the ambiance is pleasant.
