The rooftop restaurant has stunning Mt. Elgon views, courteous staff like Bernard and Angaya, and solid breakfast with good choice. Rooms are modern, spacious, and clean with excellent customer service. There's a chill spot on the last floor perfect for jazz music, ample parking, and the place is filled with paintings and art. Good Kitale business hotel.

    Customer service and courtesy was extraordinary breakfast was amazing and delicious and the rooms were modern, spacious , clean and peaceful.i will definitely be back Cranes suites

    I liked the lounge Not too large and not too small Rather intimate The design is not excellent but for Kitale it will do! The two man band is a hit... I enjoyed the evening.

    We visited the roof top restaurant. The service was very good. Polite and prompt waiters... All smiling and welcoming. It was cosy a and not crowded. Beautiful views of Mt Elgon. Good milky tea and drinks available. Located in the CBD of Kitale it's an ideal resting place in between business. Thank you to everyone.

    Bernard and colleague at the reception were very courteous. I really appreciate!!! The restaurant angaya and colleague. You were great. The breakfast was filling with a good choice. Housekeeping is good. Just scrub a little more on the bathroom walls and behind the door. The dust bin was broken repair it didn't want touch it because the foot pedal is supposed to work! Overally, am coming back

    Services are okay ,I liked the view of the sunset .There's a Delinquent chill spot at the last floor of the hotel suitable for jazz music and chill. Ample parking at the entrance and good security . Artistic hotel fulla paintings and Exclusive wall hangings. Visit! And have the view by yourself!
