We had a wonderful experience at Vacani Resort. The kids’ games were engaging-Swimming, bouncing Castle, trampoline, sea-saw etc..the food was great, and the place is very family-friendly. Special appreciation to Lawrence at the front office for his professionalism and warm hospitality. There is a remarkable improvement from the last time we stayed here for a layover—well done to the management for the visible upgrades and service quality. Keep up the great work!

If I could give the hotel less of a 1 star I totally would! The staff is outrageous rude. You book a room, then YOU call for confirmation to receive disrespect & gaslighting! Rooms were ok and location was alright! DO NOT Book online and even if you book via message or calling do not be surprised if they pretend like yall never spoke! The management should be wary of their staff cause of disrespect of their personnel. I wouldn’t be surprised if they are losing bookings due to their pathetic behavior! The service tainted my experience from the beginning! ASHAMED
