  Really good value! We enjoyed it a lot. It's quiet, the service is great, the rooms are nice, what more could you want? It's a bit outside of Nairobi, so you are away from the noise, but if you want to go to the city that's easily possible too. And they stored our bike boxes while we were doing the KBO. Highly recommended.

  Great place to stay! Super quiet and comfortable. Incredible staff exuding kindness and hospitality to the max. Wonderful birding from the balcony. Super comfy bed. Room service with great food. Check out the chapati for breakfast. Great place to start or end a bike trip - they are even are storing our bike boxes for us! Dream!

  It has always been a great and encouraging experience staying at Ulwazi. The environment is serene and highly conducive to both rest and productivity. From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed by a great and charming reception team that truly makes you feel at home(Tracy, Sylvia, Terence and Dennis). The catering and hotel services are consistently excellent, with delicious meals and attentive service~ big shout to chef Depaty, Malcom, Lenox, Moses, the jovial Alice, the double sally, purity, the mixing Lilian, Brian, Sammy Godfrey the great unmentioned team in this department). The housekeeping team is caring, thorough, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure comfort (Cecilia, Celestine name them). What stands out most is the people-centered management, whose leadership and commitment to guest satisfaction are evident in every aspect of the experience (The amazing Aurelia Wambua). While the overall service is outstanding, there is always room for continuous improvement, and any minor enhancements would only elevate an already exceptional standard. Ulwazi remains a top choice, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, quality service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

  Extreme care without added costs. The staff is full of love and concern. No privacy is invaded. The rooms are spacious and cozy. The technology is top notch.. This is a hotel to reckon with.
