Most staff have a negative attitude towards requests and corrections. Pointing out that they donβt care about requests on food allergies and intolerance. A sue will will wake them up onetime.

I did not like Diana's attitude towards the customers. As a group she frustrated us. She should work on her PR. The rest of the personnel are amazing.
