  You can come to the Cliff with the highest expectations and no matter what, it will exceed them. This is hands down the best place I have ever stayed by every measure - location, rooms, scenery, food, and service. These tent rooms are bigger than most studio apartments in NYC. They felt antiseptically clean and you’ll feel like a travel influencer walking into them. The resort is very small so there are not many guests at once, allowing the staff to provide a completely customized experience. They cater everything to your comfort, accommodate all dietary restrictions (I am gluten-free), and gave us a beautiful and relaxing way to unwind after our Lake Nakuru safari. Just make sure you bring warm clothes to the evenings - it does get chilly!

  The most magical amazing experience i got to experience with my wife on our anniversary. Everyone should try it . Amazing service, top shelf food ,10 star hospitality. It deserves all the hype. Worth it. Special thanks to Justus. Thank you very much for alot for all the help with our broken bumper and ensuring we got the directions we'll in order. Alex at the reception was so welcoming, carried our bags and made sure we settled in even after we were late because of long drive. Delvis Kyalo at the bar has exemplary service and you can feel his passion in what he does. Lawrence at the Restaurant! What can we say! His service is exceptional. We definitely will be back again. Chef's kiss to the chef ,all our meals were so delicious. More appreciation to the whole team and staff . GOOD JOB

  An Unforgettable Anniversary Celebration PINE TOURS SOLUTIONS helped us to chose The Cliff to celebrate our anniversary, and it exceeded all our expectations. The staff had decorated our room with flower petals, which was a lovely surprise. The romantic dinner setup by the window with the lake view was absolutely magical. The attention to detail and the genuine care from the team made our celebration so special. Thank you for the wonderful memories! We will be telling all our friends about this hidden paradise.

  What can I say? From the moment we entered our jaws were on the floor. Absolutely beautiful, serene environment. It's an absolute mission to get there, so it really does feel like a reward to reach. We loved the room. The tent was just incredible luxury and very private. The morning wake up experience was perhaps one of the most memorable and beautiful experiences of my life. Thank you so much to Laura, Karol and Alvin and the rest of the team who names I didn't catch for making our stay so special.

  One of the best stays I have been to. Stunning sunrise view from the tent rather from your bed!! Fantastic service, great gourmet food, limited menu helps in food not being wasted and also keeps up the quality. Not too many tents means not too much crowd too and has the sense of exclusivity. This is luxury in every sense. A big shout out to the team at the reception, bar and dining, the service and hospitality is impeccable.Uncluttered landscape, luxury tents,the view of the lake from all sides makes this place is a class apart!
