  I think the more I visit this place, the worse the experience gets. On Tuesday last week, a staff member full of attitude and entitlement won the trophy for the worst service Honestly speaking, for the past 5 years or more I have been a customer, the rating has dropped from a ten out of ten down to a one. The waiters are full of attitude, talk to you with zero respect, and often act as if you are bothering them. Yet you are paying not begging. Out of my last like 20 visits in two months, only one waiter suggested a steak. the rest will sell you beef or goat full of salt and served with a sour tomato sauce and some greens Which the quantity seems okay but they always look like left overs. As one of your Clients are tired of this sour sauce and repetitive dishes, especially since one can comfortably go to Kamakis and eat this exact food at a much cheaper price with far better service The general cleanliness of the toilets is wanti at times, they are worse than kanjo. Not to mention the windows in the dining areas sometimes you wonder why it is so cloudy and dusty outside, only to leave the building and finally see clearly. The manager gentleman Peter, tries his best, but with such entitled employees, he can only do so much. I wld suggest adding one more manager and a few assistants to assist with guest for the hotel is quite big, a HRM to deal the employees and a chef to help to with guest experience, menu creation, and innovation of new dishes especially 1person meal. Yesterday evening I was there for convenience, and I was not happy with the service either. Terrible, terrible experience. The food was the same old thing the taste was much better

  The sauna is not as functional not hot enough. It has spaces that doesn't allow it to retain heat.

  Triple 0 a top hotel going by their room rates. However, the food quality is wanting. It is expensive and poor quality. Their spoons, forks, and knives are worn out. Their chefs seems to be untrained going by the quality of the food their prepare. Plating skills are Zero, food taste is wanting. In terms of food, the hotel is an expensive kibanda. Definitely not going there again.

  I've eaten at this hotel several times, and while the service is usually decent, the food has always been pretty basic for a hotel of this size. On my recent visit, I decided to try the barbeque pork chops for the first time and was really disappointed—they were honey-glazed (yet I ordered barbeque), not fresh(Probably had stayed in the frigde for a while) had a very weird taste(only had one bite), and poorly cooked. To make matters worse, the waiter was rude, didn't offer any apology, and we still had to pay for the meal despite the poor quality. For a hotel that should be delivering a much better dining experience, this was a real letdown.

  Very cool place to be at the very end of the busy Utawala Town. Exquisite in all fronts
